With their extensive market knowledge, network of contacts, and pursuing its proprietary Essential Housing strategy, Springhill identifies and acquires assets that provide strong durability of income and long-term appreciation. Annual cash returns generally range from 6%-9% with targeted investor equity multiples of 2.0x and higher.
